These terms apply to the June website and its early-access waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. The June assistant has separate service terms, provided with your invitation for you to review before using it.

What the site is

The site introduces June and its use cases. The conversations, businesses, prices, times, and outcomes shown are illustrative examples, not real transactions or guarantees of how the service will behave, what it will cost, or when it will be available.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, a launch date, or any particular feature. Invitations are sent at our discretion, and we may close or change the waitlist at any time.

Your email

You agree to receive early-access invitations and launch updates at the email address you provide, and you confirm the address is yours. You can unsubscribe from any email, which also removes you from the waitlist. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to submit the form, attempt to disrupt the site, or misuse its content. We may remove entries that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The June name, mark, and the content of this site belong to June or its licensors. You may share links to the site; please do not copy or republish its content without permission.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, June is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
